Chocolate motivation

It's rainy, the boys are holding relay races through the kitchen and office, the house looks traumatized and last, but definitely not least, the mother has a craving for chocolaty goodness. There's only one thing to do. Call a family conference and make a deal. They clean up the house and the mama of the house will whip up a batch of chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies. There are ear shattering shouts of joy and frantic cleaning. Oh, the joy of rarely having cookies in the house. To them it's almost as good as going to the park and certainly better than driving their highly emotional mother up a wall.

CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES

2/3 CUP SUGAR
4 T COCOA
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/2 CUP MILK
3 CUPS OATMEAL
1/2 CUP PEANUTBUTTER

BOIL SUGAR, COCOA, BUTTER AND MILK FOR 4 1/2 MINUTES. ADD PEANUTBUTTER AND TAKE OFF HEAT. ADD OATMEAL, STIR WELL AND START EATING WHILE HOT, BURNING MOUTH SEVERELY.

I'm usually too lazy to make 30 little mounds so i simply press them into a pan and we eat them as bars. Well, whatever's leftover after our pig out session. I really need to come up with some kind of motivator that doesn't include chocolate but if it ain't broke, why fix it, right?

These look and sound totally awesome! With my chocolate and peanut butter craving these will go down real well!! Too well!! Oops! What about the diet?! Won't think about that right now! Life without chocolate would be quite boring! Thanx for sharing this. I am enjoying you posts immensely!
