Gluten free peanut butter brownies

"No man has yet hated his own flesh, but loveth and cherisheth it." I've just proven that Bible verse true. With a pan of peanut butter chocolate chunk brownies. The best part? They're gluten free! You don't need flour, whole wheat or white, to make a pan of delicious brownies. This recipe calls for 6 simple ingredients and some self control. Here's the recipe.

Peanut Butter Brownies

16 oz. peanut butter (can also use almond butter)
1 cup agave nectar (i used part honey and part maple syrup)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chunks

Mix nut butter, agave and eggs til creamy. Add salt and baking soda, being careful to not over mix. Add chocolate by hand. Bake at 325 degrees for around 35 minutes.

A tall glass of milk, a warm brownie, and happy kids. A recipe for success. And trust me, after the kind of morning we had, we needed all of the above.
