If you want to sleep at night, do NOT drink a large mug of green tea late afternoon. I wrote many blog posts in my mind before i finally drifted off sometime after 2 a.m.
I now need an even larger mug to get me through today.


  1. I think green tea has natural caffeine. Not as much as coffee, maybe a third as much. It was loose green tea from morethanalive.com. MUCH stronger than your green tea from the grocery store. Since i don't drink much caffeine i am more sensitive than alot of people. I also inherited an insomnia problem from my dad, God bless his sleepless soul. Unfortunately i'm out of sleep tincture.
