Pizza and Peanut butter

For a quick, yummy and healthy lunch, take a sprouted tortilla, slather some pizza sauce on and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven til cheese is melted and gooey. Wash down with some kombucha and you've got yourself a nourishing, yet easy lunch.

For dessert, if you have any left over tortilla's, put peanut butter on half, drizzle with some raw honey and if you're feeling bad, some chocolate pieces. Fold over and fry in melted butter (or coconut oil) in skillet for a couple minutes til chocolate is melted and the outside of tortilla is golden. Pour yourself a tall glass of raw milk, take a bite of heaven and think about how good it is to be alive.

  2. Yes, Miller's sells coconut flour. I know what you mean about the rice tortilla's not being the same, although if you fry the corn tortilla's in lard or coconut oil they are delicious, like on top of chili.
